It was Christmas Eve. Excalibur sat pathetically under a block of ice, sipping glittery eggnog.

He looked at the floral scarf hanging on the Christmas Tree and sighed. Last year, Ragnarok had hung it there, just before they looked at each other disparagingly and then fell into each other's arms and burgled each other's hair.

If only I hadn't been so masculine, Excalibur thought, pouring a red amount of rum into his eggnog. Then Ragnarok might not have got so poetic and left me all alone at Christmas time. He wiped away a numeric tear and held his nose in his hand.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door and then an emo-tastic voice lifted seemingly up in song.


    I'm dreaming of a frilly Christmas

    Just like a lamp post fluttering away in the wind



Excalibur ran to the door. It was Ragnarok, looking fluffy all over with snow.

"I missed you dramatically," Ragnarok said. "And I wanted to burgle your hair again."

Excalibur hugged Ragnarok and started to sob.

"I think you're drunk," Ragnarok said.

"I think so too," Excalibur said and they burgled each other's hair until they knocked the Christmas tree over.

On Christmas Day, they ate roasted mittens hand and lived huskily until Excalibur got drunk again.

INDEED. I went on a Young Avengers binge last night, staying up waaaaaaaaaay too late because i just couldn't stop. And let me telly you. Teddy is such a teddy bear. Oh god, he is so sweet and adorable. The most amazing, giant, green teddy bear you will ever come across. God i love that man. and i made sure lovelylittleninja.deviantart.c… knew exactly how much, over and over again, when we met up today to go to meet up with the retailer. we spent a good 3-4 hours in that office, only maybe an hour of which actually involved us discussing with a retailer. We spent the rest of the time writing a comic together. As in, i drew a panel or two, then she drew one or two. it turned out hilarious, and we got into a sort of battle of the wills with our first one.  We would giggle after getting the comic once the other was finished, and the dude kept looking at us weird cuz he had no idea what we were doing. yeah, once we started, we couldn't stop, though, and went on to start a second one, which both of us were hit by inspiration with and got really into. we actually haven't finished it yet. i killed her with my awesome addition last time, and thus inspired her to spend the last two hours on her turn. i think she said she finished a page herself. but yeah, waiting for my turn right now, and i cannot wait to see what happens after the huge twist i did that turned the story ten colors of amazing. in three panels, i managed to create conflict, character depth, and the mood of the entire story. i am so proud of myself. ooooooooh, i cannot wait till i read what's happened next. seriously. so excited!

so i don't watch this anime, i admit, though i've heard of it. but when i found this video, i just about died, i was laughing so hard. if you don't know japanese, what the person did was change all the english into japanese and changed the lyrics into a more formal way of speaking. like, the way you would talk to your boss at work kind of formal. which, if you couldnt tell, is typically quite a bit longer. here's the original, in case you want to compare.

here's a couple more noteworthy videos from this anime. let me telly you. it seems ridiculous, this anime. but you see it everywhere. it was based off of a dating sim, i think, but it is really gay. and you never see the chick displayed on the posters. hilarious. yeah, its moderately popular in yaoi fandoms right now.

...speaking of yaoi fandoms. i started watching Tiger & Bunny yesterday as i recovered from my cold. it is huge in the doujin scene right now. probably what i see the most of when i'm out looking. well, needless to say i was curious, and went in. it also gos without saying that i went in with a dirty, gay-filled mind. and let me tell you. i never thought i'd see the day that the older dude with facial hair and darker skin would become uke to a young, girly-haired man. but i have seen it. and i honestly dont know how i feel about it. well, i'm not very far in yet. we'll see.

lol, how many songs can you name?

so i have this slight cold coming on, nothing serious, so i was sniffling all day. just when i was thinking i needed a tissue on my way home after class, one of those free tissue guys came into view, holding out tissues. so of course i accept them, thinking i was lucky on the timing. so when i'm about to leave, since i figured his advertising business is doe with, he starts talking to me in rapid, complicated japanese i wasnt really listening to, selling his product and pointing into the store behind him. i realize then i made a mistake because he thought i was actually interested in the product. i was trapped when he escorted me into the store, still talking to me. i couldnt just leave, you know. so he took me to the counter, and i ended up spending 300 yen on what i believe to be a lottery ticket of some kind that i can't even use for a variety of reasons. that guy was persistent. i did win the free try at the pirate barrel game...forgot what its called...on my first try and won some free snacks. but geez, all for some tissue. ugh. i hate runny noses.
